Dear Partner! As the president of the UNIVERSITAS Student School Co-operative I would like to inform You about some important changes.
Since 1983, our Student School Co-operative has an ambition to be the first, not only in the respect of income, but in the form of legal practice as well. For many years, we have struggled for the student school co-operatives and so the student can work in a clear legal regulation.
This year is really important, because we managed to achieve our purpose, which was a legislation, a regulation about the specific rules of the employment with student school co-operatives - which legislation takes into consideration the employment of the student and the specific positions of the student school co-operatives-.
We think that the legislative power has also recognized that the student school co-operatives are important parties in the labour market and student school co-operatives are play a great part in education, and socialization, but it is difficult to apply the traditional legal framework to them.
Since August 1, student school co-operatives are recognized as an atypical form of employment, and it can be distinguishable from regulation of Hiring-out of Workers, which is another important form of atypical employment.
The most important result of the codification is that from now the Labor Code is handle separately student school co-operatives from other atypical forms, creating a clear and transparent legal framework.
There’s an important change to Our Partners: from now they will be able to direct and instruct our employees over 18 years. (Previously, this was not possible).
The codification is not only creating competences, but it also has an obligation that each member of our employees has to be reported to the National Tax and Customs Administration. The employees, who will not be reported this way will working illegally. We will always take notice of the workers, so that our Partners/Clients will not have an extra task, but a common interest to follow with attention that legal relations of our all employees are arranged and regulated.
